Since 2003, Jim Dearden has been dedicated to helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions with their money.

Jim married his wife, Sonja in 2003, after meeting at Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel, ME years earlier.  They bought their home in Hampton where they are raising their daughter, Kendall. Jim has been actively involved in both communities. In the Bethel area, Jim has been a member of the Mahoosuc Land Trust since 1995, as well as a member of the Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce. Jim is also a member of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce, and also enjoyed coaching track at WHS for a few years. Jim is President of Atlantic Business Connections BNI, a chapter of Business Networking International.

In his off-time, Jim values time with his family, and he is an avid skier and boater.  Fitness is important to his family.  In addition to basketball, Jim enjoys hiking, snowshoing, and other outdoor activities.  In 2006, Jim and his wife Sonja purchased Fitness Revolution, a health club in North Hampton, which is operated by Sonja. 

Jim is a member of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce. Jim opened the Hampton office of MetLife with the desire to serve the local community, and to be a resource to area families and businessowners.
